Exo might be a festival, it might happen on only one day of the year, but we all know that the Big Exo Day is a movement. A movement of young people passionate about spreading the truth to young people everywhere, that no matter what they're facing, and no matter what they've come from in the past, life really can be excellent.
Young people face all sorts of pressures and challenges, and we know that life isn't always easy. But there's always a reason to believe that things can be better, and there is hope for good things ahead. Exo is about young people believing in their dreams, finding ways to realise their potential, and do it all in a safe place where they get encouragement from their peers and leaders.
