FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
All registrations are on a first come first served basis. Registrations received in the office (mail/courier/fax/in person) are processed in the order they are received.FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED
We will not process your registration (or send you your ticket) until full payment is received in our office. Fax copies of cheques or other promises of payment are not accepted. Any payments that are declined or cheques that are rejected by the bank will automatically cancel your order for tickets.DON'T LOSE YOUR TICKETS
1. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your ticket order in the case you need to make any enquiries.2. Youth Alive NSW has a no refund or exchange policy for tickets.
3. Your ticket is your key to entry for the event. If you lose your ticket you will have to purchase a new one.
4. Purchasing a ticket will also mean that you agree to the following conditions of entry on the day.
SEARCH:
Before entering you and your stuff will be searched to ensure you have no - alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass, cigarettes, textas, spray paint or stickers etc. No big deal, but we just want to make sure everyone is safe, and the property is looked after!!CONFISCATE:
If you are found with stuff you shouldn't have it will be confiscated, and you won't get it back...Sorry!REFUSE ADMISSION:
Any person who Youth Alive staff consider to be offensive or undesirable, having regard to the interests of the event and its patrons, will be refused admission, or forcibly removed.NON - REFUNDABLE:
Sorry guys but unless it's the second coming, or we have some other form of God inspired catastrophe tickets are non-refundable. That means rain hail or shine, the show will go on!PASS OUTS:
No pass outs will be issued. If you are under the age of 18, you may not leave the event early. This is a duty of care issue. If you are over 18 and you choose to leave the event early, your wristband will be cut off and re-entry will not be permitted unless you purchase another ticket.SKATEBOARDS/SCOOTERS/BIKES/ETC
No bikes or scooters are allowed in any part of The Big Exo Day. Skateboards will only be allowed in the Monster Skate section of the park, and must be cloaked before proceeding to the rest of the park. If you have a skateboard, you will have a separate entry which gives you direct access to Monster Skate & allows you to cloak your skateboard before proceeding to the rest of the park. You will be able to pick your skateboard up after the night meeting has finished.FLOOR TICKET HOLDERS
BAGS & PROPERTY (includes skateboards, etc)Bags and other miscellaneous property including skateboards etc, will not be allowed admittance with floor ticket holders into the night rally. Such property will be required to be checked in at the cloakroom before entering the floor section. Checked in property will receive a ticket number which will be used to redeem property on exit.
